Suzette Lane, owner and Franklin, Tennessee native, has been catering in the Greater Nashville area for more than 28 years. Suzette has become one of the most well-known and respected catering and event specialists in middle Tennessee. Suzette handles all sizes of events from intimate private parties to full scale plated meals and buffets for 2,000 people. Suzette’s passion is creatively driven by her love of people and being part of some of the most memorable occasions and monumental events for her clients. Suzette’s artistic eye for display, decor, cuisine and customer service is what sets her apart from the rest.

Chef JJ Aguilera has been praised for constantly pushing culinary boundaries with new artistic and innovative approaches to each dish he serves. Chef JJ, a Los Angeles native, has been a chef in Middle Tennessee for 20 years. Aguilera has spent the past two decades constantly evolving, creating and growing as a Chef and innovator. Chef JJ is a master of international cuisine and uses a seasonally driven menu with fresh and local ingredients presented with an artistic flair. His dishes and menus are often dictated by the season to insure that we are serving the freshest ingredients. “My favorite part about being a chef, is seeing the happy look on a client’s face when you know you exceeded their expectations,” said Aguilera.
